Who we are

Zara's Academy ("we", "us") provides non-surgical aesthetics treatments and aesthetics training in Essex and Manchester. You can contact us at info@zarasacademy.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your enquiry and your message. We collect this so we can reply to you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where you go on to book, the performance of a contract.

How the form works

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by a third-party form service acting as our processor. Your details are not used for marketing unless you separately ask us to keep in touch.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use privacy-focused analytics to understand how pages are used. Where analytics set cookies or store information on your device, we ask for your consent first. Essential preferences (for example the "Reduce motion" setting) are stored in your browser only and never leave your device.

Third-party content

The map on the contact page loads from Google only when you click to load it. Links to Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your information

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to previous conversations, then deleted unless you have become a client or student, in which case records are kept in line with our clinical and training record obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to provide it to you in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@zarasacademy.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
